May 21st dawned a spectacular day, both in weather and in joy, as my niece Jessica married her beloved Dylan.  The wedding location was Loose Park in Kansas City, Missouri, and the reception at The Berg also in Kansas City.  Artistic talents flourished here for a most beautiful wedding and reception.  Being an outdoor wedding, there could be no unity candle.  Instead, bride and groom combined individual glasses of blue water and yellow water, each holding a unique symbolism, into a globe of green water.  The green was the wedding color, and symbolized their new unity as a couple.  This was such a wonderful touch!
